Cindy Givens is the Director of Operations at Union City, GA. As a University of Phoenix and Consumes River College graduate, Cindy holds a master’s degree in public administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. She has devoted her life to public service and is passionate about serving the citizens of Union City. Her responsibilities include planning, evaluating, and improving Union City’s daily operations. Additionally, she provides support, guidance, communication, and leadership to help ensure that quality municipal services are provided to the City’s stakeholders.
She is a graduate of Leadership South Fulton. Leadership South Fulton is committed to offering opportunities for individuals to increase their civic knowledge of South Fulton County, develop and enhance leadership skills, and provide opportunities to network with leaders throughout the County.
Cindy has had the opportunity to serve on many committees and boards, such as;
Cindy is happily married to Eric Givens, and the couple shares three children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, tennis, and volunteering.
